Wouldn't we expect the announcement of someone actually moving a company into this ticker, BEFORE expecting filings.

That would make sense to me, but really don't know.

If we get to know beforehand or after the filings. There's absolutely gonna be a volume spike leading up to it. This is still in a downtrend after the run up to .05, I'm just hoping it finds a bottom and we can all flip this again.
