That's absolutely right, sstyles. Singer's Briefs could be masterpieces, the other side's Brief could be weak, and we could emerge from oral argument saying we got this, but the Federal Circuit could still affirm, much to the shock of everyone including myself. The good guys don't always win, and reason does not always carry the day.
