I agree... i was watching another OTC company and they would say some pretty bogus but carefully worded stuff to get protection under the safe harbor on future prospects.
Since i have been buying TPTW in Feb, it seems like they dont say anything at all until the deal is finalized. I mean 100% done and only after legal teams review and concur. They seem to be extremely cautious. This means when they drop news it is not speculation, it is legit and complete! This means sometimes it tskes longer to release stuff... but im fine with that. ;)
