Bouf c'mon--no one argued an appeal is a retrial. I hope you realize that.

You're making the same mistake as 8-Y. Like it or not, people are allowed to make valid observations outside their primary profession or higher ed credentials. Dr. Bhatt may prove incorrect with his comments regarding law, but dismissing his comment as "unqualified" is far more superficial than, say, "unsubstantiated by federal rules of appellate procedure".

Don't be superficial. You can do better than that. We need you to do better than that.
