Yes on March 16 2020 Powers was installed as sole director of NWBO GMBH in Germany.



Veranderung means change in the Chamber of Commerce registration.

Before that on nov 30 2016 dr Rosskamp left as direktor for NWBO GMBH...

Here is a thought.

Why would Powers wanted to become sole director of NWBO GMBH on March 16, 2020 after three years of absence of any director/CEO of the GMBH if she knew the whole castle would come crashing on her head?

The CEO/director of the GMBH has the sole authority to deal with other businesses. So why take charge now...?
