Doubtful. There are other lines of evidence Covington brought up which Judge Du failed to engage or even mischaracterized.
In my lay opinion, the errors of law already discussed stake a stronger position on appeal than the errors of fact. Credit Singer for his savvy leaving no stone unturned. This article adds another frame of the judiciary under (nonbinding) external scrutiny. And I'd certainly rather Singer represent me than Covington. But the whole decision didn't turn on this one ommission. Mori had multiple other shortcomings regarding Vascepa's non-obviousness, which Judge Du disregarded.
