While Covington's omission is regrettable and avoidable, had they pointed out the statistical error in trial, Judge Du still would have disregarded it along with much other evidence, and along with legal precedent she's supposed to understand as a judge.

Good thing AMRN is not trying to protect these patents in the Chinese courts.

Why? Could the patents be any more invalidated?
