Bouf, actually, we're not too far apart. Du relied on her own interpretation of Mori, but Jama explicitly calls her out for being "wrong." We can split hairs and call it interpretation, opinion, or whatever we'd like, she failed to come to the right conclusion. I don't think it's necessarily fair to blame Covington in my view. If the system allows a Judge to overturn the decisions made by the scientific agencies, as she did here, Justice demands she's qualified to make decsions free of error.
