This finding is just another nail to hammer into the coffin of the Generics' case...In addition, there was also an error in Kura that wrongly purported that there was statistical evidence of the EPA group having a higher level of APO...thus making it obvious that there would be lower LDL in the EPA group...I would like to see an article in the JAMA on Kura to accompany the one on Mori.

Bouf, actually, we're not too far apart. Du relied on her own interpretation of Mori, but Jama explicitly calls her out for being "wrong." We can split hairs and call it interpretation, opinion, or whatever we'd like, she failed to come to the right conclusion. I don't think it's necessarily fair to blame Covington in my view. If the system allows a Judge to overturn the decisions made by the scientific agencies, as she did here, Justice demands she's qualified to make decsions free of error.
