100% correct. It’s typically put out within days of filings. Been accumulating majority since last Friday. I’m thinking majority of people are sitting on shares in anticipation/ waiting on confirmation. Lots of blatant manipulation to drive pps down and short interest ..... but, imo prices aren’t falling from this point
