Well the devil is in the detail but id imagine partnership could well take the shape of a licensing agrement.
That would normally be a large cash payment upfront , followed by payments at milestnes such as BLA application , approval etc,etc
It would propel the share price and get anlaysts putting Price Target on us but would fall far short of levels we'd hope for in the case of a buy out .
