Stock price is king here. Ya think the Goldman clients at $18 are happy? Maybe if they were selling calls like no tomorrow. But I doubt it. I expect a sale of the company north of 30. Maybe even my dream of $42. Money to be made here. Bad ruling. Re-do at the appellate. I can understand one person being DU-mb. But not three. Not with Singer showing them the way.
