NAIL +4.32 to 51.74, another great day for the homebuilders ... I'm surprised that nobody on the board except for Cliff and myself have significant exposure to the sector .... the undervaluations were very evident months ago as sector fundamentals showed signs of the strong rebound in new home sales ahead.
