$TPTW -- DING DING DING!! exactly right, who in their right mind would make that deal if wasn't basically guaranteed?! remember, the acquired had insider information at the time of the deal, they know what we do not yet know!!

I think a company that sells mobile gyms - how absurd - was very badly impacted by the shutdown that began in March due to COVID.

With $120K in revenues they were desperate for a lifeline, no matter how questionable.

They took a shaky lifeline thrown to them by TPTW.

The $1 price target was for TPTW shareholder consumption, to help pump the stock price.

Clearly it’s not working.
