That is up to Reger

On January 28, 2020, Mr. Michael Reger notified the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of GelTech Solutions, Inc. (the “Company”) that he was resigning as the Chairman of the Board, a director and as an executive officer of the Company. Additionally, Mr. Reger informed the Board that he will no longer be funding the Company’s operations.

On January 31, 2020 through February 5, 2020, the following directors and executive officers resigned from their respective positions:
