Yep, he has only shares and nothing to do with decisions. That is up to Reger in my understanding. I believe someone said that he is overseas. But, you know, as well as I do that the OTC Markets are hard to know what is the truth.

1 note of interest is the fact that Convertible Debt for liquidity is now on S.E.C. list of items to take care of for investors. Like they didn't know? Lol!
