He will when he needs spending money lol. That being said I'd keep an eye on this turd because it will not give up 1's and if 2's start hitting with volume I'm in as it will be into the 5's within minutes for a double at least. Could even go higher with oil recovering nicely even though this does not even really actively operate but the name will do it!
