People are accumulating at low prices. Today first, it felt like it was a dump, because of lack of news from Leslie about company plans/direction, JV update, and 10k update as well. But it is actually accumulation becuase of price fluctuations between 0.0028s to 0.004.I think all are waiting for that. We don't know when we will get them.
I think if it takes too long, (like another 2 - 3 weeks), then this will turn into a dump, as investors will loose confidence in Leslie.
I think one of the biggest things that has to happen here is the closing of the JV with FINCANN, if that does not materialize then there is not much left here.
