I will give my thoughts on your thoughts. You are absolutely correct with the first part. As with the second part Mr. Leslie Needs to put the JV news after the 10 k filings, because good news followed by a horrible 10k won't help $INQD. but a bad filing followed by good news, adds new confidence.
