If they give another date, then more darts to throw at Roger if the opening gets delayed once again. The fact of the matter is that they are moving forward with the buildout as opposed to giving up like so many other restaurants that are now closed or closing. Besides, we are still in a COVID-19 world so I expect minor delays with the contractors. Glad to see they are moving forward.
And it's obvious that if the PPS doesn't move or goes down today, Roger will still be nailed to a cross even after this great news. Doesn't smell like burnt toast to me, not yet. I prefer to think about the long term goal.
