Magenta Value Holdings or Dark Alpha Capital is now in charge. Possibly they are getting a investor relations company to manage PR.
Eventually, a PR will announce that the RM is done. At that point, all knowledgeable parties, including past board members, will be buying and informing their friends and relatives to buy shares in HENC.
IMO, I agree that the R/M is already done. Holloman had these long range plans in place since last year and implemented their pieces of the plan.
IMO, a PR will provide a small understanding of what Magenta Value Holdings represents, so that additional future announcements will add fuel to increase the SP. They know what exchange and the SP they are looking to achieve.
