OK NEW MGMT. LETS TALK TIME LINES. Rule #1 never set a time line you can't keep.
#2 always pad your timeline with a few days minimum. if you know it will happen Tues.for sure. Say in the pr within a week or two etc. never set yourself up to fail.
#3 if a dept head misleads you with a time line. fire the bastard on the spot.nuff said.
