They are together. Look at the chart just beliw RSI chart. It shows Bollinger band width and it is where we were 3 months ago. The jury is still out on this chart formation. With lethargic volume I contend that this is a consolidation befire the next leg up but whether it is a top or consolidation will be determined by the direction of the breakout.
Btw, I also feared a Head and Shoulders formation was forming back in March. You can distinctly see the left shoulder and head. But that fear was alleviated when we broke out of the right shoulder and started the next leg up.
