a board member lied to me about 3 weeeks ago telling me that the earnings would be great and a conference call was going to happen. i still have a copy of the email. my intentions now are to take a 10 percent stake in this company so my voice can be heard so if you see the volume increasing bigtime its me

I stated months and months ago and got blasted for it. Growing pot isn't difficult. Selling pot in a saturated and competitive market is VERY difficult. Running a start up is also very difficult (hence the reason most fail). There are a lot of good growers in the state of Cali. Selling comes down to branding, potency, network, and delivery. Extraction facility is the least of the concerns right now IMO. Selling should be the number one priority. Lots of inventory to liquidate and there's no reason to keep adding inventory unless you can get it out of the warehouse.
