100% Correct. $ALPP has significantly reduced interest expense with the complete elimination of the variable convertible debt.

They have also significantly increased cash flow.

2019:

- Excel part of financials — No
- Deluxe part of financials — 2 months

2020
- Interest on VCD — NO (GONE TOTALLY!)

Those are HUGE differences between 2019 and 2020.
