If it wasn't for "this government deal" the company would have been filing for bankruptcy and been under collection agencies. From the looks of it, little to no interest from any outside companies to purchase Invictus.
Are there any concrete deals setup with oil extract?
Last I heard it had to be approved under the new business structure before proceeding.
