two of MCIC's officers are guardstruments partners. guardstruments doesn't look like a otc shell play, it looks great. still market is not buying into MCIC, because it lost the trust. we need official confirmation that guardstruments is merging into MCIC or MCIC is acquiring and spinning off guardstruments.
