Where_Are_10_New_Signed_Leases?_10_New_Hired_Construction_Contractors?

great time to sign 10 new leases on the cheap.

great time to reuse architectural plans from DEAD franchise days

great time to hire 10 new construction contractors to build cafes based on architectural plans

great time to open 10 new cafes by November 2020.

How hard can this be? FUNN doesn't seem to understand how to get new cafes opened at all.

Anything less than 4 new leases, 4 new contractors, and a hard deadline for November 2020 = FAIL

21+ months of no real progress......is pathetic.

As previously announced, the Team has identified an internal fulfillment deadline for the first four locations, and ultimately for all ten new locations.

FUNN has been trying to expand aggressively for 3 years now. Actually opening cafes at <1 cafe opening/year - when openings should be occurring at an exponential rate.

FUNN execs screwed up BIG TIME. No timely filing of audits CAUSED Franchising to FAIL. DEAD Franchising; where franchisees pretty much put up all the $$ to "build" cafes base on existing 2-3 architectural plans, pay operating expenses, franchising fees, or even leasing fees to S&L Inc. (people need to watch The Founder).

S&L Inc. is clearly FAILING to open cafes at an exponential rate.

So, where are the 10 new signed leases? Where are the 10 new construction contractors. Where is hard deadline for all 10 new cafes?

FUNN Has Only Opened 2 Cafes Since Sep 2016

S&L Annex Opened FEB 2014
S&L College Opened SEP 2015

FUNN did not acquire Snakes & Laggers, Inc until SEP 2016. So, FUNN didn't open the Annex or College Cafes.

S&L Mid Town opened Nov 2017
S&L Tempe Opened Oct 2018

So, FUNN has only opened 2 cafes since SEP 2016.

FUNN's cafe opening rate is closer to 1 cafe opening/2 years


1/21/20 not particularly "aggressive" when funn's café opening rate is 1 café opening every 2 Years.
