For virtually any dev stage biotech the use of funds should be described as "because it takes cash to develop drugs, duh".

NWBO does provide a more formal description in the offering, but as for all other similar companies it means nothing.

It is fun to listen to the posts around here whenever they tweek the language on the "use of proceeds" statement.

Three to four years ago all the excitement about starting Direct P2 trial and completing the -L P3. Then just recently, building out Sawston.

It really matters for nothing. They will use the cash how they see fit.

Now, a real business plan might be something to expect. They want to press Sawston, but nobody has a clue what the arrangement is with Advent.

General corporate purposes, of course.
Mind you, that promo show wasn't worth what they paid for it.

We always have to guess. It would be nice for them to unblind the shareholders at the some time as they’re unblinding the trial.

Who knows what the money is being used for. My guess is that some meaningful percentage is being used to pay themselves and related party expenses. The silver lining might be that they might want one last capital raise right before the unblind, just in case.
