man, you put way too much thought in this, and MSFT buying this company is a pipe dream like winning the lotto.. If either happened, I would retire, but since neither will, I need to keep working... the reality is, pennies have no rhyme or reason, then either play or stay, and as long as you find the ones that play, you will make money,..... all this other stuff of market value, upcoming listing, partnerships, etc, all mean very little, all this does is hype up a company so investors can make money..; very few pennies actually make real money, they are fun to play though, if you are interested in money making companies, NASDAQ is more for you... Here, buy on rumor, sell on news kinda thinking.. play the hype, not P & L, revs... this is kind of gambling, yes, but most stocks are gambles, just less of a gamble when playing the big board stocks...BUT GL in your thinking, we just think differently...…….somebody once said, all stocks are good, they ALMOST all make money, the amount of money is the variable, as well as your entry and exit point....the other stuff if all fluff, good entry and exit will always make you money here, that's all you need to know... JMHO
