our accountant thinks debt is payed off, well it is not

12ka - read my post of 30980, it lays out the Convertible debt that is still outstanding, albeit, currently be serviced and not in default.

There is Zero negative impact to these remaining debt as the Company will pay them off with Cash at the time they mature, period.

The biggest debt out there is Note Payable for $360,000 originally and with accrued interest, penalties, legal fees and court costs, it has ballooned up to a $4,000,000 court judgment. This will need to be dealt with. Hopefully cash will take care of it.

There is No other Toxic Debt to worry about.
