Dave has never, ever, ever, ever said to me there would not be any more financings. Ever. And I could be wrong, but to my knowledge, I don't believe he's ever said that to anyone else.
Now maybe Les has said this before, a couple of times, lol. But I think he may have been saying that to people after the money from Huawei came through and he perhaps thought they'd get to data lock a lot quicker... but the SAP held things up.
