You ever research stocks? There can be a lot of information gained including whether a stock is undervalued or overvalued according to analysts. By your "theory", how can a stock be undervalued or overvalued if the SP reflects the "value"? It is quite the opposite. SP is a trailing indicator in most cases.

The share price is a product of the market's evaluation of the business performance of the company and its products. VERB's business performance is horrible, as is the share price.
