Same thing happened on CTY* blew our minds about a month or 2 ago of how many shares traded with just ok movement up and when the SS was updated it hadn't changed.
They can short more shares than exist in the OS it's not always the case companies dilute also but the naked shorting by MMs is the factor when the company isn't diluting or no notes are being converted.
