Generics don’t have Eu but they have many other products.

H ANDA filed in 2014, resubmit in 2016, courtesy of hdg, but was dependent on the trial order. After Du decision, one month later fda approved their ANDA including biocompatiabiliy, manufacturing, etc. Dont you think that is pretty damn fast? Fda need 6 mos to review a stupid dtc ad from amrn but finished review H ANDA package in 1 mo!
