“Total nonsense?” Are you a newbie?
Earlier this year, they said that they would have an announcement at their shareholders meeting. They went ahead with a financing deal, diluting shares, but the price went up in anticipation of the announcement. The announcement turned out to be that they expected to actually make a real announcement in a matter of some more weeks or months, but again they further diluted shares. We’re waiting.
They used to say they would announce interim analysis results, that they would get expedited regulatory approval, that they would publish still-blinded results in a peer-reviewed journal. They said they would end the trial at one milestone, then moved the goalposts several times, then said they needed to redo the SAP as if they hadn’t had time to do that previously.
