Another giveaway was the Spanish trial site explaining that OLE patients will be titrated toward 50mg. This implies to me that 50mg was the high dose in the controlled trial.

I would expect that some OLE patients might be titrated down from 50mg based on side effects and others from 30mg towards 50mg.

Why Anavex have gone out of their way to hide what is in plain sight beats me too.
