Why did the judge vote in favor of DBMM management when there were transgressions. Case dismissed. Who is right, the judge or the SEC. It will be interesting to wait and see. I say 70 percent chance that the SEC will produce sanctions and restrictions, finally killing this stock and destroying shareholder value. 30 percent chance of continuation of stock trading on this symbol.
