3rd Q at best, could be as late as Q 1 2021.

Is it wise to spend big bucks pre appeal outcome?

Yes if you intend to grow Vascepa into a mega-blockbuster drug. No if you intend to mislead investors into thinking you’re going it alone all the while planning to sell to the highest bidder.

It’s hundreds of millions perhaps billions in long term revenue to delay DTC. For DTC to start Amarin needs an injunction.
