Generally I would agree with you on this but the Brits have been pushing expedited process for a while now and Dr. Ashkan has significant clout. As anxious as he is to get this treatment to his patients I am sure he is pulling all the strings to make it available ASAP once data becomes available and a marketing application is made. If nothing else, the Specials program will be put into full swing until full approval can be obtained. FDA has changed but process hasn't changed very much. You put FDA approval at mid 2021 at the earliest if I recall. I believe the Brits can expedite and get approval by 1st quarter if Dr. Ashkan has greased the skids by pushing some buttons.
