The "company" gets their shares for free so exactly where is the "loss" you speak of?

Nope, people are selling what they have "today", because "today" is the highest it will be for a long while.

What you're up against:

A. Co. has all the shares they want to sell and they will.

B. Now that the share price is up, it "looks good" to toxic lenders who will give the Co. lots of money in exchange for unregistered shares...and THEY will dump them and flush the price.

Soooo....people that actually rode this R/S out...are actually smart to get the best price they can "today" for the future holds no Sunshine.
