I was responding to your MB bleating since that is what you want to call it. The company asserts that they assigned value to Linda's blackout period, you continue to bleat that because they didn't explain their methodology to you that it was in fact worthless. I disagree that it's worthless, I think it's definitely worth something, maybe a lot more that you might think. It's quite contingent but the company has knowledge of various facts that make it believe that it's far more likely than the market now credits that the stock will make a major run-up (and most likely back down by quite a bit) during the lockout period. At this point they could not even discuss that with you (except maybe for the talkative LG) without talking about closely held information.
My point to you, not to the company, is that bleating here to many who didn't get the opportunity that you did is very self-absorbed of you. We outside the deal have as much reason to dislike the deal you got as much as we might dislike Linda getting a different deal. There are certain things not to like or to bitch about whether reasonably or not, but I for one, if and when I finally get a very rich payoff on this, am not going to spend a lot of time bitching about unreasonable it is that you got a deal I didn't or that Linda got an incredible number of ISOs and other deals.
No need to get snippy about it; you're just saying so I'm just saying. That seems reasonable to me.
