You said....,

Sold out awhile back made some cash. Thinking of reentering now that I see everyone is hung up and twisted. That's normally a good signal to enter. its the otc so 50/50, we're an old story with a lot of red flags that is currently in the middle of the biggest disaster this flegdling company has ever experienced and to top it off the company is withholding much of the information your seeking

Anyone know the amount of the insurance claim? Are we talking a matter of days before the insurance company accepts or rejects the claim? Did they have a full coverage policy or just a fire policy?

the company has not reported any settlement amount expected or otherwise,we were to get information concerning the insurance details a month ago but that information along with any data is being withheld, the company has not made clear the level or type of coverage they have .

On top of other monies available this addition could make a huge difference. You know how it goes, from dust to ashes to new growth.

I look at it like another cost of doing business in which one step back brings two steps forward. So how many millions will it take to make the policy holder whole?

man that would be great but this has been one costly error after another until as predicted the whole thing burnt down

And should the claim be sufficiently restoring for the company, how much will the stock shoot up when the claim is paid? Back to 8 or 10 cents seems reasonable in the short term. Anyone?

hard to imagine an insurance company paying out millions of dollars worth of fire damages, when the whole thing was such a clear fire hazard.
it would seem there's plenty of angles to exploit in denying a claim,of course the company could clarify all of this but has chosen not to for...,
going on a month now,
So that's troubling ...,its a play the news gamble for sure but after a month of waiting past their own stated time line and continued history of withholding relevant and material data supporting their claimed efficiencies,
continued toxic financing preferences not to mention the coming converstions....,
Its hard to see a substantial run coming off these prices.

We are going to have a ton of shares to absorb and need the price to drop back to the 2's and below to do so.

From there they need to hustle up more GHS money to embark upon a lengthy rebuild process because they aren't going to publish any Data that brings in 10's to potentially 100's of millions in global funding ....,seem odd not in the otc. Remember there is a time to allow for potential and then there's a time to prove that potential N.S. has been given plenty of both so withholding the DATA at this point is just playing a shell game with shareholders.
