The rookie CEO posted things about BIEL on her personal Twitter and Facebook accounts that she shouldn't have. She got burned by this rookie mistake.
"There is no reason for any shareholder to be following them." THAT is true, at least now.
"There will never be significant/material news shared on my personal social media accounts unless a PR has been/will be issued before the market open. " That is probably true NOW but it wasn't true at least once and maybe twice, and she also shared significant/material news in personal emails to shareholders and probably in phone conversations.

In this current market, with rookie retail investors ("eBabies") pouring money into the market at an insane pace, this rookie CEO is absolutely missing the party. and whatever KN's position is now, whatever his title, I am not going to bother looking it up, grand poobah of sales and marketing, WHATEVER, he ain't doin' it.
This is Sickening. COVID SCHMOVID, customers need pain relief and they want to shop online, but practically nobody knows about the ActiPatch except shareholders and shareholders can't buy enough ActiPatches to make this company profitable.
