I would have filed an 8K and announced on the CC that I was exercising options to fund the payment to Samsung before I did it instead of letting Adam Feuerstein discover the sale. NP is inexperienced and is making big mistakes. He is running this company like his personal fiefdom and not taking advice from people in areas where his knowledge is deficient. That needs to stop immediately.

For the record, I am long shares and am not selling in spite of NP.

The FDA process for a Phase III trial like this would customarily take 5 YEARS and HUNDRED Million Dollars ( if not 10 years and 500 million $$$)

Look at the HIV trial. What was done.

One thing? How about quit declaring unrealistic timelines. When you miss stated deadlines, it damages your credibility and it hurts the company to have a CEO with no credibility as it relates to meeting a deadline. Either he doesn't know time required (inexperience), or he is lying. Same mistake, 50 times.

You can praise him all you want but what truly came out of that call that you didn't already know? I believe in Leronlimab but I am not a believer in NP.

NP should not have held that call unless he had ONE OF THE FOLLOWING.... data on the trials, fda approval, or compassionate use approval, signed with bank,submitted nyse uplisting, received grant money, signed a deal with BP, started the remdesivir leronlimab trials, started the Mexico trials.

Instead the call was his plan to do most of that but guess what we already knew it. I truly cannot fathom how you have that call without some data to discuss and honestly shame on the team around him for letting him hold it.
