Just one thing?

I would have filed an 8K and announced on the CC that I was exercising options to fund the payment to Samsung before I did it instead of letting Adam Feuerstein discover the sale. NP is inexperienced and is making big mistakes. He is running this company like his personal fiefdom and not taking advice from people in areas where his knowledge is deficient. That needs to stop immediately.

For the record, I am long shares and am not selling in spite of NP.
