I'll weigh in, dumb idea, reverse splits don't work out for Investors, period

ML will uplist when they grow the PPS organically, when deals happen, which should be quite soon based on "final steps with MANY Tier 1's, next investors will see LPC "tappings" being eliminated (or greatly reduced), and the the PPS will rise substantially, we're getting close to that day now

a minimum fair value for developments & IP to-date is in the $3-$5 range, the m-team control will end soon, ML will be doing deals with Top Tier 1's, that is what TRL 8/9 is all about, and ML has already told Investors this is coming!
