Let's be careful inferring that the company's findings are unsubstantiated when they aren't. What evidence might you have to refute their findings? 2-73's primary MoA is as an S1R agonists. If their findings are true, which I have no reason to question, then what other MoA could be enhancing or restoring autophagy? It's not M1/M4, as there's no corroborating studies to suggest it.
