The drug referred to in the first post is Maraviroc. It's an FDA approved drug for HIV. I did look it up to make sure.
I think these posts reference a question maybe another Twitter user had, and was asking about the drug Maraviroc, and could that be used for Covid. The other posts refer to Patterson's pre-print (website link in post).

Serious side effects of maraviroc include liver problems, heart problems (including heart attack), skin reactions, and allergic reactions. An allergic reaction may happen before liver problems occur.

Good thing about Leronlimab? No adverse events documented.
