We don't. All we know is that the historical statistics in the Federal Circuit say four months on average from the date of oral argument for a published precedential opinion, and 30 days on average from the date of oral argument for an unpublished unprecedential opinion.

But those are only historical statistics as a guide. The actual time in this case could be longer or could be shorter. It is impossible to precisely handicap because the judges have wide autonomy and discretion in terms of when they render their decision.
