I think everyone can agree - that 'with the 6 patens destroyed' - the field is now open - for every generic in the World to copy Vascepa for the US market - so Amarin simply 'have no choice' but to go for the appeal (settlement Hikma and Reddy has no mening now).
What is a bit Ironic is 'that the same goes for Hikma - and Reddy' - 'every other' generic is now a potential competitor - so they might even 'hope' for Amarin to restore patents (it was always about a settlement for them ?). ----------------------------
I wouldn't bet on how this ends 'except I already have - Big Time' - as have You' and a lot of other AMRN Shareholders.
I'm with Irish here (even being a Lay person in religion) - We can only hope and pray for patents restored in Appeal :)
